What If I Don't Have Time to Solve All Three Puzzles in a Month?

No worries if you find yourself a bit too busy to solve both puzzles within a month! Our service is designed with flexibility in mind. You are not required to complete and return all puzzles within the same month they are received. Feel free to keep them as long as you need to finish them, whether that takes a month or more. If you want to speed up the process or simply share the fun, consider involving family or friends in solving the puzzles. This can turn your puzzle-solving experience into a delightful group activity, and also help you complete them faster if you prefer. Once you’re ready, whether the puzzles are solved or unsolved, just send them back using the pre-paid stamp provided, and we’ll send your next set of puzzles. This flexibility ensures that our puzzle subscription fits easily into your lifestyle, allowing you to enjoy your hobby at your own pace.

I Want a Puzzle You Don't Have on the Website

If you've set your sights on a puzzle that's not currently available in our collection, no problem at all! We are committed to ensuring you have the best puzzling experience. If the puzzle you desire is available for sale on any UK-based e-commerce website, simply send us the link to our email puzzlepieces491@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, we'll take care of purchasing the puzzle on your behalf. Please allow up to an additional 5 days for us to procure it, ensuring that it meets our quality standards before sending it to you. Once acquired, this puzzle will be added to your subscription just like the others, ready for you to enjoy and exchange as usual under the terms of your subscription. This way, you're guaranteed not to miss out on any puzzle you wish to tackle!

I Want to Keep a Puzzle, Not Return It

We're glad to hear that you've found a puzzle you love so much you want to keep it! To make a puzzle part of your permanent collection, simply send us an email at puzzlepieces491@gmail.com. In your message, please include the link to the puzzle you would like to keep or describe it if you don't have the link handy. We'll arrange for you to purchase the puzzle for £4.99.

Once we receive your request, we'll send you a separate link for the payment. After the purchase is confirmed, we will also dispatch another puzzle to ensure your monthly puzzle enjoyment continues uninterrupted. This way, you can keep building your personal puzzle library while still enjoying the variety and surprise of your subscription. Thank you for being such a valued part of our puzzling community!

 I No Longer Want the Subscription, How Do I Cancel?
